Creative Pathways Collective was founded by two non-binary, neurodiverse leaders—one with a background in early childhood development, the other in higher education—who shared a vision for more inclusive and supportive communities.

Shaped by personal experience and a deep commitment to equity and collective care, we created CPC to serve families and young people who are often left out of traditional systems. We believe every child deserves to feel seen, valued, and empowered—and that meaningful change begins with connection, creativity, and community.

Through arts education, college access support, and cooperative child care, we create spaces where families can grow, connect, and thrive. More than an organization, Creative Pathways Collective is a living commitment to building a world where care is shared, voices are heard, and everyone belongs.
