Founder and Executive Director of Creative Pathways Collective, Board member
Jenny Edmondson is the Founder and Executive Director of Creative Pathways Collective. She is a preschool teacher and former professional nanny with nearly 20 years of experience working with young children and families. Her background also includes work as a postpartum Doula and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), giving her experience across early childhood development, family care, and behavior support.
She is also a mixed-media artist and believes deeply in art as a form of expression, especially when words are hard to find. As an autistic person, Jenny has experienced firsthand how making art can create space to explore and understand emotions that aren't always easy to put into words.
Andrea Hackl, Ph.D. — Director of Community Engagement and Operations, Board member
Andrea Hackl, Ph.D., serves as Director of Community Engagement and Operations, bridging the power of narrative with practices of presence and healing. With a doctorate in Communications and New Media, Andrea brings deep expertise in amplifying the voices of marginalized communities through creative storytelling and advocacy.
In this role, they develop platforms for foster youth, people with disabilities, and minority communities to share their stories as tools for empowerment and change. They also integrate mindfulness, coaching, and queer-inclusive wellness practices into programs that nurture resilience, connection, and emotional well-being.
As Director of Operations, Andrea helps translate the organization’s vision into action. They support program planning and coordination, strengthen community partnerships, and help develop the internal systems and processes that keep Creative Pathways Collective’s work organized, sustainable, and aligned with its mission.
