Jenny Edmondson is the co-founder and Executive Director of Creative Pathways Collective. With nearly 20 years of experience as a professional nanny, preschool teacher, postpartum doula, and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Jenny brings deep expertise in early childhood development, trauma-informed care, and family support systems.

She designs and implements free, license-exempt child care programs, community art workshops, and culturally responsive family services that reflect the needs and voices of the people they serve. Jenny’s interdisciplinary approach is shaped not only by her work in the field but also by her practice as a mixed media artist—a creative outlet that helps her stay grounded and nourishes her belief in the healing power of art and play.

Sonia Jethani is the co-founder of Creative Pathways Collective. 

 A leader with a passion for equity, access, and student success. Drawing from her experiences as a first-generation college student, Sonia brings over a decade of expertise in financial aid, college readiness, and systems change. She holds an MBA in International Business Management and combines her professional knowledge with creativity and heart.

In addition to her leadership, Sonia is a poet and published author whose work explores themes of identity, healing, and belonging. At Creative Pathways Collective, she leads with both strategy and compassion to empower young people to navigate their futures with confidence and creativity.

Andrea Hackl, Ph.D. — Chief Storytelling & Mindfulness Officer

Andrea Hackl, Ph.D., serves as Chief Storytelling & Mindfulness Officer, where she bridges the power of narrative with practices of presence and healing. With a doctorate in Communications and New Media, Andrea brings deep expertise in amplifying the voices of marginalized communities through creative storytelling and advocacy.

In this role, she develops platforms for foster youth, people with disabilities, and minority communities to share their stories as tools of empowerment and change. She also integrates mindfulness, coaching, and queer-inclusive wellness practices into programs that nurture resilience and emotional well-being.
